Our Pinaputok na Tilapya is a whole tilapia generously stuffed with a savory, fresh mixture of tomatoes, onions, ginger, and green onions. It’s tightly wrapped in foil and either grilled or baked, resulting in an exceptionally moist, aromatic, and deeply flavorful fish. A traditional, home-cooked taste of the Philippines.
